Because it was new to us, it was a challenge to do this from the Netherlands: ‘what if something happens’, ‘what if something is broken’, ‘what if something is missing’, but we receive only positive responses from our guests about your reception, cleaning and service. Because we live in the Netherlands, it is nice to do business with someone like Kimberley and Willem, because in addition to cleaning and key management, they are always helpful with problems and agreements are always kept. They are easily accessible and respond quickly and they are always willing to go the extra mile. We are rated 9.8 on various booking sites and this is partly due to Kimberley and Willem’s commitment and enthusiasm. In short: we are very satisfied and hope to be able to work with them for a long time to come!”
