Cloud Nine Holiday Rentals is a Dutch holiday rental company.

Cloud Nine Holiday Rentals is the holiday rental company of Kimberley van Alphen and Willem Goussard. Since 2016 Cloud Nine Holiday Rentals rents out holiday villas and apartments in the area of El Campello, Spain. We deliver fast and friendly service and offer some of the best coastal rentals in the Costa Blanca area.

Our services:

• Advertising of properties on HomeAway and airbnb.
• Fast and friendly reactions to all enquiries and requests for information from potential guests, through HomeAway, airbnb and e-mail. We will always reply within 24 hours.
• Creating and sending of rental agreements to guests and ensuring they return a signed copy.
• Sending by e-mail an information package with information about the property and its surroundings to the guest.
• Ensuring of all payments of the guest, through HomeAway and airbnb, directly to the owner and in cash on arrival. Depending on the sort of costs and the preferences of the owner.
• Updating calenders on HomeAway and airbnb weekly, to stay up-to-date.
• Check-in for guests, handover of keys and show them around the property.
• Check-out guests at the end of the stay.
• Cleaning service, final cleaning after guests depart and cleaning during the stay if required.
• Arranging special guest requests, such as booking of taxi, check ins and check outs outside of office hours and the delivery of groceries at the rental.
• Small repair services and replacing of broken items.
• Contact with fast and reliable plumber, electrician etc. in the area that we can contact for bigger repairs.
