• Sending by e-mail an information package with information about the property and its surroundings to the guest & provided a printed version for your rental.
• Ensuring of all payments of the guest, through booking.com, VRBO, airbnb, directly to the owner and in cash on arrival. Depending on the sort of costs and the preferences of the owner.
• Updating calendars on booking.com, VRBO and airbnb as soon as new bookings are received, to stay up-to-date.
• Checking in guests, handover of keys and show them around the property.
• Being available for the guests for all their questions and resolve possible issues during their stay.
• Checking out guests at the end of the stay and ensuring your rental is left behind in pristine condition.
• Requesting guests to leave a review of the property after their check out.
• Cleaning service, final cleaning after guests depart and cleaning during the stay if required.
• Arranging special guest requests, such as booking of taxi, check in and check out outside of office hours and the delivery of groceries at the rental.
• Small repair services and replacing of broken items.
• Contact with fast and reliable plumber, electrician etc. in the area that we can rely on for bigger repairs.
